SNL Part II

On Saturday, I posted how NOT funny SNL was. All I have heard since then is how funny it was. So, I guess it WAS just me. 4TL

Why can't SNL be funny?

I am trying to be a SNL fan but tonight the show has reached new lows. Peyton Manning throwing a football and hitting young children? Peyton Manning cursing at young children? As I write this, now SNL is dissing Dora the Explorer (whose explicative had to be "bleeped) and Happy Feet. Seriously SNL stick with the adults and STOP THE KID CRAP. WHAT part of that was funny? I was waiting for "no real children were harmed in the making of these skits."

I miss a good funny SNL. Remember Chris Farley preaching about living in a VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER. HA!

I think I'll go watch a Tivo'ed Soap Opera for my SN Humor....because right now in my world SNL means So Not Laughing.

Own? I don't "technically own" them. I conveniently borrowed them for a long period of time from my unsuspecting sister.



I am completely HOOKED on this show! Hugh Laurie FTW! I have to admit sometimes I fast forwarded through the blood and guts...ok and some of the medical gargon. But still I know chemistry and there is CHEMISTRY between Dr. House and Dr. Cameron! YAY for TV Chemistry!

In other news....I broke my digital camera tonight. This photo was taken with my Razor camera phone. My husband was showing me a picture and I jerked my hand down by my side and it got caught in the wrist rope thingy and it hit the floor. $181 to fix the thing with Sony's flat rate fix. I just can't believe it!!!!!!!!

Total lack of creativity

When you go out to eat, how do you pick where to go?

My husband and I discuss the facts when picking our restaurant. The are major factors which contribute include but are not limited to:

•Wait time vs hunger
•variety - I like salads - he likes dead beast
•drive time vs hunger
•if its near a wal-mart we don't go there
We always make the right decision -- somehow.

Tonight was Carrabbas! IT WAS AWESOME!
