am having a hard time typing this.

I was looking for an article that a friend of mine from work was telling me about and I ran across this story. I just can't believe that someone could do that. I can't imagine it...and now I am just so upset. This is beyond my comprehension.
WHY WHY WHY are there people who can do these things? :(
