C25K - Week 2 Day 3 @c25kapp #c25k

Weather: Sunny and cool (43 degrees)
Bedtime: 10:30
Runtime: 10:30 AM
Terrain: Flat neighborhood

We're in Chicago visiting the in-laws and I was able to run this morning on the flat road. It was just me, a cool breeze and the squirrels. The longer runs WERE harder but not unbearable. I STILL don't have a decent push off of the back - if anyone has any good exercises to help me achieve this I would be interested.

I am feeling lucky today - I won $200 at the casino. I really won $300 but blew $100.
