I am so EXCITED! I ran a mile today - ON THE STREET. I know this may sound silly, but running and jumping are the last hurdles from my leg and ankle break a year and a half ago. I'm so pumped. I've been running 3+ miles on the x-trainer for about a year, but its not the same. The impact, the heat, the ROAD -- make a huge difference. My leg and ankle (and plate and 6 screws!) held up nicely.
Now if I could do a decent jumping jack....
