Sounds cliche' I know...but I'm serious.
I'm back on my Body for Life program. I joined a gym back in April? But it was still under construction so I have just been waiting for it to open. Well last week it opened. We had some drama here at my house with my daughter which kindof twarted my plans of starting the gym. I have always enjoyed group fitness.
So anyway, I've been wanting to start getting up earlier to go to the 5:30 AM classes and tomorrow I am going to do it. This is a HUGE deal for me. I've stayed up late since -- well -- as long as I can remember. I just enjoy the quiet, the dark. I'm going to miss staying up late -- and maybe one day, I'll get to do it again. Or maybe I'll let myself stay up late on Saturdays as a reward. I just know that "To make a change, I'm going to have to change."
So wish me luck!
