Time off with pay. I love days off!!! If you're someone who gets the job done, you'll still get the job done but you'll be paid for a day to do what you WANT to do.
Its also unfortunate that when times are hard - companies tend to cut back, layoffs, and in extreme cases shut down but when times are booming -- raises and bonuses are still hard to come by.
I wish I could discover what I really WANT to do. I want a job that I LOVE going to because I'm working on something I WANT to be working on. At my job, I LOVE the people...even the clients I interact with are awesome! I just am dissatisfied with the content. Its like a movie with beautiful costumes, makeup, music and no plot.
