Weather - Cold (44 degrees)

Run time - 7:30 AM
Terrain - Sidewalk with slight incline (2 up and 2 down) and a BIG HILL
Fall has arrived.
It was cooler this morning and it was a little hard to get started but once I did, I felt GREAT! I think this routine is giving me energy - which is a good thing considering I was DRAGGING just one week ago.
Today I....
- I didn't care to stop and start running when there were cars coming. I just did it. Before I would either keep running or not start running until it was clear. I am not sure why I cared about ANYTHING the people driving by thought, but I did.
- I didn't wonder when the run time would end....I was surprised actually they went by so fast!
- I went further than I have before (which means I'm making better time, yes?)
- Enjoyed my time exercising! Wow a first!
I hope I might inspire ONE person to try this program....maybe by the end of my 9 weeks I will have.
