We went to my sister's to watch football today but I knew I had to get my C25K in...I was supposed to run yesterday, but decided for scheduling purposes to do it today. She has a treadmill so I thought I would try that for something new.
One thing about a treadmill, you know how far you've gone and in what time you did it. I didn't go very far in a long amount of time. Its frustrating. It = my miles per hour. I don't have a long stride right now because of my joint issues. After I broke my leg, my joints became VERY stiff. Someone told me that arthritis can be triggered by major injuries. YAY ME.
Anyway, that is what I'm going to work on -- pushing myself to do better, go farther, and go faster.
My posture was good during my runtime today and I had ZERO back pain. THAT is an improvement over last time!
